For hygiene and quality reasons, sarees once worn or washed cannot be returned.

Step 3: Product Pickup or Self-Shipping
In some locations, reverse pickup may be arranged
If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be asked to self-ship the product
Returned products must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
4. Condition of Returned Products
All returned items must meet the following conditions:
Unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
Original tags and labels intact
Original packaging included
